What is a "mobile kitchen concept"?
It's Chef Kelton's way of bringing her fresh & flavorful foods to the public; primarily
through hosting Pop-Up Kitchens, as well as providing Private Event Catering, and offering Personal Chef & Meal Prep services.
Operating as a mobile kitchen concept, Chef Kelton is able to share her
globally-inspired, restaurant-quality cuisine beyond the physical boundaries of a restaurant.
Kelton's Street Kitchen is a project-in-development, with goals of purchasing & operating
a food truck, and (eventually) establishing an affiliated brick-and-mortar gastropub.
